First Bank Holiday skate in 2006: the Circle Line, clockwise. Monday Jan 2nd
Starts 2pm, Monday 2nd Jan, from the Beach (Serpentine Rd, west end of). Weather permitting, usual disclaimers apply. This is not a marshalled skate (you need to be happy skating on the road) nor yet a suicide skate (we pay at least a passing acknowledgement to traffic law and customary practice).
Draft route here (about 16 miles, unchecked, and involving a small number of one-way wrong ways).
Pace easy/moderate (except maybe anywhere there are hills involved). Coffee and cash machine stops optional. Getting lost on the King's Road again can also be arranged, but this year by request only.
Dan, Natasha, Rick, James, Erika, Alan, Mike (maybe), Christophe (maybe)

| Isn't this the one we did once? If so, I'm in (speed will depend on size of hangover, I think, but I'm up for a long chilled skate). |

| OK, let's call it 2pm, Monday 2nd Jan, from the Beach (Serpentine Rd, west end of). Weather permitting, usual disclaimers apply. I'm gonna try to make this. Weather forecasts for tonight/tomorrow says snow/ice but nicer over the w/end, hope it stays like that (for after the w/end).
Any other skating events/training happening between now and that Circle Line thingy? I could really do with some skating right now (spec. if it's not too pacey) |

| I'll be there. Did you not want to put it up on SR.com Dan? Or is it LSST exclusive? |

| It's not exclusive, or I'd have put it in "members only". I just didn't get around to it, to be honest (and I've been away all weekend). All welcome. |
