I plan to be.  Not decided where we're going, but it will be some kind of LFNS route.

I was accosted by a woman in a police van on the way home last night: "can you try not to skate in the middle of the road, please?"  Fortunately I didn't have the presence of mind to explain that I was in fact taking the primary position to prevent the van driver behind from overtaking unsafely through a pinch point - because I guess that was the van in question ...

Ooh lovely, I might have a second chance to go out this week.  LOL on the police van, pity you didn't have a copy of cyclecraft to show her innit.

Crap, sorry about the rain, I think it's my fault.  Went and washed my bikes, silly me.

Okay officially pissed off now. Wanted to skate but there was a movie on at my local cinema that finishes today. It only had one showing at 10:15 according to the website. I got there in time to see it but forgot the name of the film and thought it eas something else that had a last showing of 9:30 when I got there. Already missed the first 15 minutes looked at the screens couldn't see anything else saying 10:15 so went home and check the net so I could have a whinge and saw the advertised film with the right name at the right time. So I could have waited for the screens to change one more time and I should have seen it.

So I haven't skated and I have missed a film that I won't get to see now. Poo. Looked like a good night for a skate too. How many of you were there?

Sorry, Rick - yes, it was fun.  Call it 4.5 of us (Mike sloped off when we went past the Vic)

My ankle bone hurts.  It's never done that before (at least, not since the evil K2 camaros I first started skating in).  I'm going to blame it on wearing the wrong socks, I think.

Sounds like i was a good skate, too bad I'm in the UK but in Leeds

Anything happening on Sunday, apart from the stroll? Some morning skate would be great, anybody up for something?
