Anyone up for a cycle this evening?
Hoping for a 6pm start for an hour's cycling...I might slow the pace down so that I can do 1 or 2 more laps on top of the usual 4.

I'm meeting Lawrence at 6pm at the Hanover Gate entrance to theOuter Circle.
Given the small turnout, the plan is for 4 laps where Lawrence has kindly agreed to give some feedback on my cycling.
I'm sure he'd be willing to offer any advice to anyone else that is planning on coming along...

| Did a gentle few laps yesterday, but there were no other training cyclists on the loop at all. 90km down yesterday, including the commute. |

Summary for Saturday morning:
- MattB, Pamela and I were out
- Matt B = 1 warm up lap and 3 fast laps
- Ed = 1 warm up lap and 2 fast laps
- Pamela = 1 warm up commute, 2 fast laps, 1 cool down commute
@Mike: Sorry I couldn't make it out on Sunday - did you get my SMS?
Bummer that there was no one for you to chase, were you on your recumbent?
Planning on a session this evening. Work permitting, I might even try start earlier (6pm from Hanover Gate).
