Sounds like time for a bearing spin test this Sunday at Tatem.
Followed by a simple step by step bearing clean up guide. |

| Spent this morning taking the bearings apart. 10 of them were stuck solid. I gave them a good spray and stuck them back in and tried to losen them by skating. Worked for half of them but the other 5 still won't budge. Any other tricks I should know? |

Seriously? Impressive! Just keep skating on them. They'll be fine in the end.
Or explode.
Just think of it as resistance training :p |

Yeah, I'm a "low maintenance" kinda guy. |
+1
Just can't be bothered...6 years with the same skates, same wheels (100 mm originally), same bearings and never cleaned or changed them...I know, not very serious! But I'll be happy to learn if we talk about it tomorrow! |
