There is a £50 million lottery grant (The People's £50 Million Giveaway Lottery) which is to be granted to one of four projects across the country details are here
It goes without saying the one I fell would benefit us most as Londoners is the Sustrans Connect2 This project is to provide and enhance local travel for walkers/cyclists (and skaters?) particularly in urban environments, for instance opening new commuter routes by opening up disused railway tracks/bridges to the public.
If you agree with me that this is a very worthy cause, you can vote either online here or even by telephone on 0870 24 24 602.
The result will be announced on Monday 10 December |

| As I've posted elsewhere, I'm very against Sustrans and won't be supporting them. |

| I forgot to vote for any of the projects. Which is bad, given how much time I've spent online arguing about them :-( |
