|
|
Last summer I used 90 x 5 Carbon(custom), I was too long for me.
and feeling is quite different from another frames.
Now I use 1004 But I still want to have carbon frame
because they can make custom frame, even high-low frame
ex)110-90-110-110 <- it`s one of many setting
in Big wheeland Low height in 165 mounting
(You can order between 80mm ~ 110 mm)
In december, (7 weeks later)
I`m going back my country(korea) for holiday with my family and
I`ll visit many company and Club.
(many friend make boots and frame also my boots was maden
by my friend-older then me.)
then coming back England in January when I come here
If somebody want more info, I can take photograph and catalogue
*Thisone is just standard monocoque-frame which is 100 x 4
(You have to take all address, not just click)

They look like very nice frames.
I might be interested, especially in the 5MC 1104 - depends on the price really.
There are some more pictures here - they have even put my wheels in to make it more realistic |

I might be interested in some 4x100 (195mm spacing) Kim, if you're heading back. Although I just bought new frames so I shouldn't really do that How much do they work out at? |

There's a discussion on RaceReports about the relative merits and costs of TNT vs TUSA carbon frames and of the difference in costs between monocoque and flat panel construction. You can find it here: http://www.racereports.net/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=887&whichpage=1
I must say that the TNT Monocoques looks very nice - but at about £400 it's rather too much - hell, what am I saying - at £50 it would be too much after shelling out on my beautiful Renard/Diabolik set up last weekend |

when I saw the cost , very surprized.
because I knew the cost not exactly but about.
so I phoned to 'TNTcorea' before Write this.
They said.
'All standard monocoque-frames are less than 290 pound,
(it`s maximum cost, many frames cost are about 270~290)
We`ve never made '400 pound' frame, also 'Blackhawk' frames
which is made of 2 plate and pillar are about max 210 pound.'
Anyway custom must be 'Blackhawk'sytle.
(they are making a few mono-custom for national team skater
but it`s very very expensive due to the frame 'Mold')
and Blackhawk custom is cheaper than standard mono-frame

Kim, thanks for the update. Unfortunately that is a lot more than I currently want to spend on a frame. |
