Don't know where yet. Malcolm Chapman is planning on putting on another one of these races on this day and asked me if we can try and keep the date in mind. I was planning to be in Europe (again! ) so I may not make it this time around. Shame, as I really enjoyed Cambourne with the freaky weather.
Looking at the race calendar though I may suspend my road Trip for a couple of weeks as there is now the HafenCity marathon the weekend after Berlin. Very tempting to drive to Berlin then do the Flaeming Runde then Frankfurt TNS then go up to Groningen for a few days and do the Friday Fun Skate with Greaser and the gang then the short hop to Hamburg for Hafen city and back home. |

Someone told me this is definately on and the date is right. I'll check with Malcolm for details if nobody has anything more solid at the moment.
Keep the date free as this was one of the best races of the year last year. I am going and I expect to see Hans and Gav with some team tactics this year to take out all those wannabe distance skaters.
BTW this is about a year since the last one and it was Hans 1st race and wearing casual clothes too. How things have changed I haven't beaten him since then. |

| Depends on whether it is the same place as last year. It was excellent last year but there were a couple of manhole covers to look out for. Circuit was short (700-750m) so you knew where they were after a couple of practice laps. |

| I think I'll be going to this. What's up with that FISS disclaimer email saying it wasn't sanctioned by them? |

| Nothing really. It's organised by Malcolm Chapman who isn't in much favour with FISS. Malcolm has his own insurance so it doesn't matter. better still, it's an open event so even anyone can race even non FISS members and as it will be a good distance it's ideal for our members. |
