As the only skating I can do at the moment is in a straight line with no stopping, I'll be doing a slow endurance Tatem session until the squad training starts if anyone would like to join me.

Hallo!  Good to see you on skates yesterday - any news from the physio / specialist?

I haven't got definitive confirmation of the times for the GB training session on Sunday, but unless it gets cancelled last minute, I would probably look to avoid Tatem on Sunday unless you're prepared to have your session cut short - it might be only by a little bit, or could be by a lot - I would want you to have a wasted journey!

Yes - they were really good actually. They gave me lots of exercises to do and told me that it was fine to stick to the type of gentle skating that I was doing yesterday until the end of the month. I'm also fine to cycle.

I'll take my chances on the training if they say they'll start at 1130 - even if I just get an hour in that is probably all that I can handle.

We might come up if we don't wake up early enough to go to Richmond!

Given how hammered I am right now this seems rather unlikely.

Not so hammered that you can't spell though!!
I picked up 4 new blisters yesterday and haven't finished my work so we won't make it either.  Sad
