I have really bad internal pain on my right ankle bone (main sticky out bit inside right). Have tried heat-moulding. Should I repeat? Absolutely no problem on other foot, weird!
Any other ideas? |

| Try the heat mould again. Also I found minor adjustments of the frame helped a bit when I was in my belottis. It may also depend on how the pain is happening - is it from rubbing or from pressure from the boot? I found some vaseline on rubbed areas helped no end (prior to skating, obviously - not at bedtime or anything). |

| Well, a very long ago, I had a horrible pain for 2 months between the bone and the skin because one of my socks was crumpled exactly on the ankle bone, there were some very small fat bubbles that they have exploded or something like that, it might be the same but you should ask a Doctor. Ice for 10 minutes in the area after every skating session solved the problem. But as I said, ask a professional. |
