| Big guns are out in Spain for the international race on the World Championship track. Plus there are scattered showers. Just got a heavy one here a few minutes ago. |

| I will probably do some interval sessions early Sunday morning at Hyde Park - weather looks ok (but will check BBC forcast later in the day) (first time doing 500s this year) - welcome to join me if you like. |

I'm not planning to run a session at Tatem tomorrow, as I'm dropping someone off at the airport.
Not sure if anyone else is going over there. |

Hey Power G! What time are you looking to head out for? I could be tempted to come along (provided I get a decent night's sleep), but it's only a remote possibility.
If I did, I'll probably only manage 1 or 2 and you'd have to go real easy on me...and that means no "woo hoos" |

I went spinning.
Seriously, I went spinning for the second time. Feeling great. I should have started spinning at least when Tuesday Tatems ended last Sep-October.
I go to Tottenham Green leisure centre. £4 for 45mins. No need to book. |

I did just over 43m of "spinning", aka my commute. Check out the weather on the way home, it was so cool and so much fun, but stung like buggery:
Gotta front wheel p*$^%ure though. |

Sorry - thought that the marathon might of gone through the park - which obviously it didn't.
Found some free to use basketball courts near my place, which I was really happy about finding. Went to for a skate in Hyde Park later in the day. Oh, and I now have my clipless pedals, which makes bike riding so much more pleasurable (thanks Andy for your help). |

I thought the same about the marathon, but being a bit slow it only occured to me when I was almost there lol, fortunately the marathon wasn't going through the park
When I arrived it was sunny and busy as it was late in the morning, but then it started rainning so it was empty again, by the end of my session I was very cold though, but then it was sunny again so it was cool.
Went straight to see the london marathon afterwards and it was great, the amount of pain people put themselves through, for a cause or a charity, even a lost one, is quite inspiring |
