Cool to lift. Where do you live? Need to arrange a pickup somewhere. Driving through town adds about 45 mins to the journey time for me so if it's somewhere along a directish route then that would be groovy.

Osterley tube station is good. Southall train station is a bit better but not if if it inconvenient for you.

HIYA

Not going to be able to make it so I'm offering my place for anybody that has the next 2 weekends free (sorry for the late notice). If you interested just give them a quick call, no fee, FREE training.

Enjoy

Dear All

There seems to be some confusion with regards to certificates being issued by B.F.R.S. Y.M.C.A. At the coaching course everyone was told to send a copy of thier certificates and a cheque for £2.50 to Jill Rothwell or Ben Severs

The quicker you send of your documents the quicker we all receive our certificates, as they will not issue them until all the monies are in. When you receive your certificate you then send off for your membership to sports coach uk.
Jill will give you the address

Regards
Alan Moore.

I'm taking mine up to the Ashbourne race, maybe Jill will be there.
