It'll be great if Quentin joins, he's pretty fast and could get a lot faster still.
Anyone else think the idea of twiggy attempting to break a meaty Frenchman's legs is pretty funny? |

Seriously amused by the image conjured when you put it like that!
However having witnessed Naomi's blind determination, I could be scared.

Just wanted to say thanks to you all for giving me a spot on the 2nd team, really enjoyed the whole event, as Desco says, the team spirit was really strong, i will definitely make the effort to improve for next year! (somebody shoot me!!)
the atmosphere in the pits was just great, with all the UK teams supporting each other.
Cheers

Sorry for the delay in writing this, piles of camping equipment to sort out and sleep to catch up on before I could find my computer!
I just wanted to say a huge thank you for letting me join LSST 2, I had a fantastic time and will definitely be going back next year! The who thing was so much fun and even though everyone was working so hard there were always smiles
Well done for the brilliant positions everyone got.

I'm conscious that for some of our team members the trek to the park is longer than for those of us lucky enough to live in London, though. I suggest we should arrange this to follow one of Mike's group lessons or something, then the camberley crew and others will have more than one reason to make the trip. |

I like the cut of your jib dan_b. How about a cheapish meal somewhere - if we know far in advance we can book into this amazing Thai place near the park |

| One cool thing we did last year was to meet at Alastair's house for order in pizzas and skating videos. You can all come back to mine if you like, unless there is a better and closer option up in London. |

I have all our lap times in a nice spreadsheet.
Some times are dodgy... but most should be good at +- 10 seconds
Does anyone have access to a place where you could host it? Otherwise I'll email it to people.
The left side of the spreadsheet are our raw timings, the right side is interpreted timings where I tried to adjust obvious errors or no times (X next to them).
Quick summary (take timings with +- 10 second please)
Name, Laps, avg
Stephan, 17, 10:04
Adam, 17, 9:07
Filou, 16, 10:29
Ray, 18, 10:00
Alex, 19, 9:46
Martin, 12, 12:46
Dan, 15, 11:46
Dan_B, 17, 9:20
Rich (injured), 10, 9:46 |
