Is anyone up for a session on the coming bank holiday Monday?
I'm open to suggestions but as a starter for 10, how about 10am, Regents Park? |

| Quite possibly, need to see what the weather is doing and how much rest is required after Tatem |

I'm probably a no for a training session on Monday. I'm thinking of doing a weights session Sunday morning before the Stroll and then intervals Tuesday evening in Hyde Park (before LFNS RC, which I'm leading). That leaves Monday as either a rest day or a day for Markus' 35 mile suicide skate to wherever it's going.
All this may be blown out of the water if I get more job interviews however. |

I am planning intervals (4x10min) in Hyde Park on Monday - early though. Around 8.30am start to avoid the crowds.

That sounds horrible. If my knee survives another days skating with no deterioration I'll come along. |

OK, I am going for 9am start in Hyde Park.
4x10 minutes. With 5 minute rests in between each interval.

I was thinking of coming along but was also thinking of doing Markus' skate tomorrow (it won't be hard skating but it's 35 miles). I'll do Markus' skate.
FYI George I reckon EdP won't be out either, he's a bit broken after a fall at Tatem this morning. |
