Well this is going to be an interesting test for me.

I've only ever done 3 marathons in the 3 years I've been skating, and my best effort is still my very first - a 2:07 for Goodwood 2007.

No idea how I'll go, although I'm probably in as good shape as I've been for a while, and this is Berlin and not Goodwood. Just hope I can find a nice paceline to help me to a respectable time.

Eugene - CONCERT on Friday, Skating Marathon on Saturday, Running Marathon on Sunday? This must be some sort of endurance record! Also, I never knew before that you play triangle in the Berlin Philharmonik Orchestra... Anyway KICK ASS!! By the way, are you still using my old skates? If so, we can agree you acquired a quality item when I sold them to you nearly 3 years ago!! I'll look forward to seeing them and their proud owner on his next outing!!

Actually I have concerts on Friday AND Saturday night so that makes it even worse... I have to get showered and changed immediately after the inline marathon ready for the concert at 8pm...

And yes Alastair, I will be using the beautiful Belotti's... I'm hoping they will serve me well in less than a week's time!

Through a combination of stupidity and beer I've managed to get myself two beds in the three pigs. If you know of sombody who is after a bed, then they can have mine. Otherwise I'll gladly pay for the space but might not use it.
