For HAM... well, BA doesn't fly HAM-BER, so no. |

I have just registered, I know I'm not a pro-speed skater but I like the challenge of a marathon
Are there any rules that are worth noting? Are helmets required? Sorry if these are basic questions  |

I think Gav requested somewhere that we all wear helmets for training. Can't find the thread though.

Was thinking track skating and training at Tatem in our own club instance.
In a club environment, with organised training sessions, then helmets are compulsory. At least that's how I consider it. It probably also is the view of FISS or other organising bodies. |
