Is registration going to be open on the saturday morning, or can someone who is getting there on the friday (and staying at the apartment) pick mine up for me? |

Yes, registration is open all day Saturday, but obviously you need to pick up your registration in plenty of time to get to the start for 16:30. Shouldn't be a problem unless you are arriving late Saturday morning. |

Yep, don't expect to see me at the party on Saturday night.
I think you are on the same flight back on Sunday, so you might have to help carry me on. |

I am also not expecting to see you on sunday in such a crowd. But if I do I'll be cheering for you.
See you all in Berlin! |

Everyone got your EHIC yet?
If not, you can get a temporary pin (reference number) by calling the European Health Insurance Card on 0845 606 2030. |

If you have an E111 they are still valid until Jan 2006 so don't panic!
If you haven't got an E111 or EHIC then you can panic. |

There is some caveat in that they have to have been issued after December 2004 (I think, I can't remember exactly). Mine wasn't.
Luckily for me the EHIC was a 10 min phone call, it's super quick and easy. Be sure to tell them you're travelling today or tomorrow. |

Well, my day has been, shall we say, a little bad.
(insert your choice of long shouty expletives here)
It's an 80 mile trip to Stansted. It took me three hours to get there.
Maths geniuses can supply the average speed.
Gate was closed (at 6.00) and I arrived a little late - (6.15)
I cannot catch a flight tomorrow morning - they're all booked.
Happy lemming. Not...
The plus point - I won't be in back agony all next week. Personally, I'm still not very happy... |
