Congratulations, Sol. Brilliant.
And well done everyone who finished, in what sounds like rain and slime.

| There were 553 in the over 50 age category, so Alastair coming 17th puts him in the top 3% on my calculations |

Does anyone Know how KAY BETTIS did in the Running Marathon on the Sunday.
I would like to say WELL DONE to everyone who competed the race hope to travel there next year looks a great course.
I looked at the video on U tube wow it looked really wet!

First big thanks to Helen for looking after Chloe while I went skating with Cat.
We both left in block H as I said I was going to stay with Cat. while I dind't stretch myself, it was a good challenge for Cat as the condition where far from ideal for someone that skate at most 5 time a year. On top of that, I totally forgot to clean her bearings from our last skate (in the rain) and her bearings where shafted. Still manage to reach the end in 2h34.
I might need some help to convince her to come back next year!
Well impressed by those who raced the event, I'm not sure how I would have handled some tricky corners at full speed.
