| I'm thinking of getting a computer thing for my bike, possibly a CatEye Strada and was wondering if anybody had any experience of them and generally interested to know what other peeps are using. |

| Yeah, that's the one I'm currently using on the 'bent. Don't you want one with cadence though? |

I'm not sure if you need cadence Sparky.
If you want to test out the one in your original post, or the cadence version, I have both that you're welcome to borrow. The cadence one needs it's battery replacing and removing from my bike, I've just been too lazy to do so.
I bought the first one thinking I'd like to know how much I'm travelling and at what average speed...then I learnt about cadence and bought the second one to work on it. I'm by no means an expert, but am comfortable with my pedal speed now, so don't really get any use out of it. |

I have this one on my commuter. It works well, but has no light, so not brilliant when there's no streetlights. |
