Cheers, any other opinions out there. Not going to be there again until next year so have plenty of time to think about it and I can get stuff in Berlin or maybe even in Atlanta.
I think the Star +/- Grips I was on need quite a lot of warming up before they get grippy. Have known then to be excessively grippy in hot conditions. I do have a spare set of Hyper+Gs but they are rather heavy and I like to be a bit more nimble on the track. Don't really want to be spending £80 just to track race either. I'd rather stay off it if that's the case and stick to the long stuff. |

I've always used my Matter Yellows, even on a dampish surface and the grip has been great (although I concede adding a couple of whites might be even grippier) I haven't tried my new Bont G3 Whites at Birmingham, but let me tell you they are a revalation at Tatem, definitely shaving a few seconds off my most recent times AND at less than £50 for 110's a set from Vinny, they are such a bargain  |
