A few of us from TCC are going for a bit of a ride on Bank Holiday Monday if you fancy joining us and are man/woman enough. Leave our Clubroom in Twickers at 9 am and take this route: http://www.mapmyride.com/ride/united-kingdom/sutton/726125685501956571 .

I think no then, that and the word "back" I find rather frightening.

I suspect that Ed may have a harder time 'selling' the idea than Matt.

Hmmm Brighton and back. Nearly a year ago already... Don't think I'm currently fit enough for a whole day of hard riding and fast spinning unfortunately.

Well I made it there, and back, just. Was lovely on the way there. We were about 17 so pace was quite sedate and very conducive to a spot of sightseeing. Picked up a bit on the way back after we deposited some slower riders at the train station. That's where I started suffering. Not my muscles but just about everything else, back, bum, knees and even toes. Still , was a god day. I'd do it again. No other skaters present tho
