Great Idea, and would be happy to help out with this.
You may also like to consider a team event (individual races which also count as points for a team trophy), and we could then put a relay in too.....
September may be best for me. |

| Um. obviously we didn't go for 15 Aug and despite the majority voting for 29 Aug, for a variety of reasons it became impossible to go with that date. Taking on board various people's comments about not wanting to get injured pre-Berlin (and a certain wedding) we are now looking into 10 Oct so please *pencil* that date into your diaries. |
