After a break from club race days in 2011 we are back and hosting one on Sunday 22 April 2012 at Tatem Park.
Being our "home ground" this is an excellent opportunity for those of you who have never tried short track racing before to give it a go, racing against skaters from the various other speed skating clubs within the UK.
We also have a few regulars who would love you to come along and support them.
(note: this is not the club fun day....more on that soon!) |

Looks like I have to bail from this now. It seems I have to work the whole weekend doing a customer disaster recovery test  . Oh well at least I can ge some overtime. Really wanted to have ceremonial returning of my race numbers to FISS too  |

| Looks like DR test has moved to the following weekend so I'll be there but have to leave by 3pm for the marshals AGM. |

I sort of enjoyed that; and indeed my performance expectations were met
At least I know I can't do any worse at the next one!
Good performances from LSST, especially Harry and Rio. And nice to see Fred, Glenn, Gib, Annie, Maya and Roderick (yes, I wondered who he was too - nice to have met you!) giving it a go! |
