The benefits of a group booking is that it is managed through a single point of contact...given that many are not able to commit sooner rather than later, I am inclined to follow Rick's lead and book individually rather than as a group.
Note that you need to book before the 31st of December to benefit from the EUR 39.00 early registration fee. It then staggers in price across the year:

Regarding travel - I'd be open to carpooling, train or flying. If there's enough interest for a Eurostar booking (and the costs and convenience are favourable), I'd be willing to take the lead on organising a group booking. |
