To start with I did not ride that often but now we have good wether I am geting out a bit more.
I started doing about 1h20m ride from home to work and taking the train home. I have not got that down to 1h02m with the wind behind me on the ride home last week. I have found that it is a 17mile ride so my ame is for 1h.
I did take the advice about the shotes and now have some new ones that realy pad the bits that need pading so I can do a two way ride with and site down when I get home. |

| averaging 17mph is very impressive I think I made it to 16mph once for my little 8 mile run... Chapeau. |
