Planning on doing a 6+ hour non stop session in battersea, next saturday (19/04).
Its boring as hell, so if any one feels like poping for one or two hours, that would be nice Smile

My speed is ditacted by my cardio, probably between 16-19 kph depending on wind.

Just a thought, but if this is by way of a training stint running up to Le Mans Duo, you might want to consider switching venue to Richmond Park.

Firstly there is of course a couple of hills which better mimic Le Mans so great for training. Also 6 hours round there will be a lot less laps than Battersea, which means less boring and of course you can vary the route by changing from long, medium or short course.

I guess on the downside there will be traffic on some of the route but nothing is perfect Laughing

Richmond Park is too hilly for my current training requierment. Has to be flat.

I am, but at the moment i'm still working on laying fundation still working on maximize lipolytic processes (ie energy coming from fat, not glycogene as per normal endurance)
This requiere low steady work out with low HR. Cant achieve that in Richmond.

Why not contact George?  He's often in HP on Saturdays, I'm sure it would be much more fun to skate together?
