Creatine is ideal for those points or devil races.
As it provides explosive nrg repeatedly.
You body produces creatine and by taking it you top up you body with extra.
But if you take it for more than 3 months, then your body realises it has enough creatine and reduces how much it makes, therefore it becomes useless and ther is no benefit.
The other problem is that the powder form makes you gain weight and is not absorbed into the body very well, (may be 20% gets in).
The best form is the serum which absorbs a whole lot better and does not need the loading, just taken when required. IE before Training, and Long races.
Caffeine is an enemy of creatine as they cancel each other out.
Most Runners/athletes use creatine in some form or another.
