| This is the first time I road my bike into work and all went very well apart from discomfort around my crotch. I did have paded legings on. So what is wrong. Seat set up? The way I ride? |

Could be that the saddle is a bit too high.
Also you don't wear undies under padded cycling pants! Undies=seams=rubbing |

could also be as simple as the fact that the padded leggings are new - often can take a little wearing in.
You could also try some 'crack' cream (chamois cream). I have never needed it myself but know its very popular with many riders |

Thanks for the info...I have found the full bib mite help a bit as well.
Its not so bad but if I it can be better then that would be good... |
