Well, whatever the colours, it certainly rained.
Just Diego and I in the end - 8 laps in about an hour an a half (may have included the travel from mine to the park, plus mechanical stops) - nice medium intensity pace.
Just cleaned my bike, so everything is shiny again |

LOL - you looked like you were managing just fine! Maybe looks are deceiving and behind that smile you're plotting my demise.
Hmm...I'd better swap our pasta bowls when you're not looking! |

Anyone up for a ride this evening? I might try head out to check my legs still work after the weekend.
Hopefully nothing too intense...
Usual 1815-1830ish start, TFL permitting - I've just checked the forecast for the week, and it looks....alright! |

Ooh - missed that post. On which bike will you be on, might I ask, and what time will you get there?
Looks like two people I will get to draft?
Tanya is out to play, and I'm guessing that Matthew might try join in on his way home.
@Diego: The best cure for that is...a bike ride Get well soon - see you on the bike on Wednesday! |

Cool - as nice as it would be to see the fancy light, don't pull out to many stops to manage it.
I'll keep you posted with our progress...see you at Hanover Gate. |

Howard, Tanya, Sparky and I for the first 3 laps. Then Sparky, Howard and I for a couple more, with Pamela joining in for one (and carrying on after we left) and Tanya going jumpy jumpy class.
Matthew joined in somewhere within the first 3 laps (not sure at which point).
Special guest cyclist Sparky was on his fixie and wouldn't let me lead at warm up pace - so the first couple of laps were mental! He then showed some signs of fatigue and brought it down to a barely manageable pace
Overall, my computer clocked 15.5 miles in 52 minutes, which including travelling to the park and back.
Thanks to everyone for coming along...why aren't you bored yet?! |
