I will be riding my bike tonight, but around town doing some emergency shopping.

]I managed to join Howard for the last 2 of his 6 laps. I managed 4 laps at 19.2mph average. Had a small pace line for 3 of the 4 laps, which was nice, and explains the higher than usual average
I just wish I could do that over 70 miles, or even just 30! |

Richmond looks like a no go tonight, so Tanya and I are in.
I'll try get there for 6ish, but will give you a call when I'm out of the tube. If you're already out and about, I'll do the usual cycle clockwise till I spot you routine. |

| Managed to put in seven laps with an average speed of 19mph. First couple on my own, remaining five with various other randoms. |
