I don't feel great at the moment...
maybe too early of a start this morning and too little sleep, plus the 16km commute didn't help...
that said, I'll still come, but might just take it reeeeeeeally easy!
will text Ed when I leave the office... |

Tanya, Diego, Pamela, Tom, Matthew B and I
Diego and I covered:
1 medium paced lap
1 warm up lap
*break*
3 fast laps (around 20.5mph average)
*break*
1 medium paced lap
1 fast lap
The others did bits of the above given that they either started a bit later, or had to leave a bit sooner.
Thoroughly enjoyed that - thank you. |

| Usually aim to stop around 7pm, which is enough time for 4 fast laps. Diego and I had a bit more time to kill, so had a bit of a break then did a couple more. |

That was good. Thanks for organising it Ed! ...and everyone else for coming along.
Diego - you may not have realised it but you were motivating me to pedal faster. I was determined not to lose sight of you, even if I couldn't keep up (or at least, I think it was you. If it wasn't it was someone wearing very similar clothes to you) |

Thanks Pamela, that's usually the added bonus of the group rides... I often do the same when I drop off and try to at least keep sight of my mates (not yesterday, though... ). |

| Was fun, but my bottom bracket finally kicked the bucket just as I left the park, got a taxi home. |

I'm glad people are coming and enjoying it - as always, I had fun too.
@Tom: the perfect excuse to upgrade! |

| as I said on FB, your organisational efforts are very much appreciated Ed...hopefully this Monday evening ride can become a fixture - it's really enjoyable and group rides are much more fun than cycling alone |

I've been a bit unwell the past few days, hence no session last Monday.
I *might* be up for a gentle ride (read about 45-60mins, 15mph average or thereabouts) around Regents Park late this afternoon (6ish) - I'll confirm around 3ish. |

Ok, provided it's not too puddley, I'm going to give it a go (6 days of no exercise is making me really lazy!).
Let me know by SMS if you're interested in coming (number in member's section) so I know whether to update you. |

Just me in the end (Eddy-no-mates )
Managed to stick to 4 laps, though wanted to stop at 3...just over 18mph average, so I'm definitely slower on my own
It was windy, wet patches on the road and my toes are cold - but glad I went out.
Thinking the next trip out will be Friday. |
