I'm chasing a turbo trainer for some winter training, I prefer the prospect of a dvd and some sweat. rather than falling off on forest hill in the dark and ice..

Hmm.. Sarky-Sparky..

yes but kinda understandable considering I'm going to be running up to 50m a week in the wind and rain..

i do see your point tho..  

(i like having a clean and Sparkly bike too)

anything to tune out the pain... LOL if its got a simple sci fi plot and a pretty girl or two...

i need to get my legs in "bike" mode too.. i get sooo much pain in my lower back

speed position skating and cycling.. weak piriformis medius im told..

I tried turbo sessions with DVDs, but these days I just put a big clock up on the computer screen and watch the second hand.

To be fair, I think with a bit of practice and carefully building up to it, I could probably manage 50 metres a week.
