I'm actually extremely busy this week, I don't think I'm gonna have time to sort out the route and plan it all, plus I don't want the responsibility of someone plummeting down a hill and killing themselves.  That and I'm feeling like I want to chicken out anyway.  Really sorry, but I'm probably gonna do Rick's infinity skate instead.  That or Hans was mentioning something?

I get Thursday afternoon off as I am a slacker, planning to go skating straight after lunch. Anyone else? Was thinking either Hyde Park or Richmond

I've only just put your name and face together Garan! Didn't realise you were you on Monday Shocked
I might go to Richmond on Thu evening, probably after 6 though.

Would like to meet up for a skate in RP - which car park and and what time approx? E.g. Would you like to meet at Roehampton Gate at 18.30?

BTW, I have space in my car for two more people who wish to go to Lille (30km open or marathon) leaving London 18.00 hrs 13th May, returning from Lille 18.00hrs 14th May. Travelling cost will be £30 or less including shuttle and fuel.... let me know.

Alastair,
Don't park inside RP as the gates close at 7.30. I'll try and park somewhere near Star and Garter gate and skate into the park. Should be there around 6.30.
My phone no. is in the members section.

For evening training at Richmond we traditionally park in the road just outside Sheen Gate. It's free, safe and it is right next to the park and the public toilets there.

You may also want to post that in the Lille thread too, if you haven't already Smile

OK Sol,

I'll try to get there aroound the same time, but I will Park outside Robin Hood Gate, then skate in to the centre near the Pen Ponds car park, then go up and down the narrow path which heads towards Isabella Plantation and Ham Gate* until I bump into you (literally or metaphorically)...!

*this is a very good geography lesson for RP n'est-ce pas!!
