If you're renting a car:
- Bear in mind there might be a 6th gear
- Make sure you allow enough time for a meal + shared pizza on the way home.
- Don't assume the person at the car park works for the car rental company |

Oh my God! I never thought I would see the day - No, not Sol and T sharing cars and pizza's, but Sol going to the 'downhill' marathon |

| Take many sets of wheels. Hard ones if it's hot soft ones if it's cold and ones with lots of roll. Parabolic rather than round for the soft round rathar than parabolic for the hard. Have on decent bearings and you will go very fast. Seriously practice your tuck if you want to get a good speed on the downhill and be stable. Chant to yourself "Relax! Relax! Relax! Let them run! Let them run! Let them run!" if you are prone to speed wobble and you'll do fine. It's only really got one hill. |

I'm normally not prone to speed wobble but last year i nearly lost it, that was the highest adrenaline moment of the race! Thats why i'm going back I love it!! |

For a fact I know that Swiss Ceramic Bearings accelerate faster and have a higher top speed than Swiss Metal Bearings.
After doing this hill last year with metal bearings I was disappointed with my top speed. |
