| I'm considering, I hear it's filling up fast, (if it can) but as I've never gone that far I'll be off the back on a old steel clunker. Will mail direct, if I can find my damn CTC number. |

After promising I would do the next one of these, I just registered on the Forum, entered the details in the diary and then realised the reason for the block out in outlook was that its my leaving do that night so will (alas) be on the p155 in Ipswich
Very disappointed but at least it removes the fixie v gears dilemma! |

I'm in.
Now I need to get more tyres, I think mine are on the way out, and perhaps to work out what not to take, as I can tend to over-pack some. |

I usually carry: spare tube or two, multitool, tyre levers, pump, spare light batteries, light waterproof jacket
What else did you think you'd be needing? |

All the above, 'ikle molegrips, chain tool, cable ties, black tape for everything, perhaps some spare cables, space blanket, few more layers, 'gurt big d lock. Keys, money and a phone. Water, emergency food, emergency redbull.
Thinking of a map of some form, but I fear that will be too big or small for any practical use.
My spare (folding) kitchen sink.
Having had a call from Simon (he was unsure of something in my mail) I feel better about the chances of me making the sea, but I fear as a result of only seeing Tanya or you Dan that all skaters are some sort of hyper cyclist. |

| Peter, you'll make the sea easily. Just don't try to stay with Dan on the climbs. |

Just in case you havn't done this before (or got the instructions from others) you may want to mail your name (CTC number if you have it) and mobile number to Simon fnrttc at yahoo a company in the UK as it were...
Looks like a case of "Go team blue."
I hear you Big, from what people have said on YACF, and Simon's words Dan has something of a reputation. |
