Hi All,
Does anyone know if the Frankfurt skating marathon is still on this year? It doesn't seem to be mentioned anywhere on this years website, so I guess it's been stopped......

Hi Daryl,
We have got a link in the events section of the site - but the frankfurt Marathon website explains that there will be no skating event this year. The reasons given include decreasing numbers of entries complaints about the likelihood of bad weather and leaves on the road and the fact that it's after the finish of the speedskating marathon season. But many of us are planning to go to the Cologne marathon on 7th October as our last event of the year. |

Ahh, ok thankyou - I missed that bit of the website!
I'm planning on doing Cologne as well, so I'll see you there!
