I finish work early, so plan on going for a skate / cycle at about 1:30pm.
If it's a skate, probably Hyde Park. Anyone else interested in skating? |

But you're always there, negotiating your way round those small, evenly spaced, yellow and white things! |

| Fog for the next 3 days. Won't be much in central London but it might keep things a bit slippery. |

| Most of Serpentine Road is usually quite grippy, even when wet, unlike the surface at the Albert Memorial. I expect it will be a lot grippier than the park I was in today. |

That was great! I had a cracking ride to/from the Park, though the traffic was near gridlock in lots of places. I pity those stuck in a car. Have to say I'm absolutely knackered now, have had a bit of a hard week exercise-wise.
Oh, a point that you should all bring carbs along to nobble after a session like that. |

Was fun. Much more fun that travelling to gatwick to have your flight cancelled...
Cheers for the drills - I'm gonna work on all the many set down tips you gave me today over christmas. So much to think about! |
