And then doing your traditional cycle to the track? |

| I might get the same train and if I go I would like to join you for taking a taxi to get to the circuit. This means that I have to take the 6:28 am from Cambridge. If I want to leave on Saturday, can you recommend a place to stay? |

| I am happy to share a taxi with you, and Kay my partner. I can't recommend anywhere to stay, though thats my ignorance rather than any lack of places to stay, but I can offer you a floor to crash on near Kings Cross if that helps. |

| Let's share a taxi. Can I meet you at King's Cross station on Sunday morning? I will arrive around 8 am and it is probably easier that way. Final transport plan will be confirmed Saturday evening. Cheers |

Wow! What a turnout for the Goodwood race tomorrow - that's amazing! And the forecast has turned SUNNY.
Looking at the list it seems like it will be a complete roller disco with the majority being quad skaters !!
Good luck everyone! |

Not RD in the roller disco but in the roller derby sense. There may be a lot of tattooed ladies on the track |

Getting the first lines through the back markers is going to be fun.
Hope the safety briefing includes the point that "If you skating in a line that goes across the circuit, not in line with it, you are doing it wrong." |

| Claudiane is coming with me in the car now so no need to look out for her at the station. |

Enjoyed that
Pleased to get a PB: First time under 1:20, and a reasonable time for that track I think. Shows me I'm progressing I guess, and aiming for 1:10 at a european marathon may be a realistic goal for 2011.
Disappointed to lose touch with Errol and James with such a short distance to go. 2nd place was good but would have much rather had settled for 2nd and been in touch at the end. Skating the last 10 mins alone didn't help my time!
Definitely lacking some endurance and some strength. Must make better use of this coming winter and train more and more effectively.
Great to see so many LSST out there. Good to be on the podium with Ed!
Overall a lot of fun! |

First marathon and it absolutely rocked - was totally chuffed to get around in my speed skates. Came in at 01:25 (I think) and 8th place.
Thanks to everyone for the priceless advice, tips and brilliant training sessions at Tatem. |

that was a great day out.
I thought there was a lot of team work and tactics amongst the LSST members - we really worked some of those pacelines!
Yes, great to see so much blue on the track (and on the podium!!) |

Congrats to all the guys on the podium.
And thx to Markus, EdP (to name a few) that were in the same paceline.
Good job.
Too bad I drop off towards the end (I blame on the waterstop ), nevertheless, still a good outing.
Achieve my target of finishing the race (after two consecutive years of not finishing it ), and as a bonus, manage to get a PB under 1:30 .
Guess I need to work harder next time to improve my PB |

That is very impressive. Just in case you didn't already know.
Go to a fast Euro marathon and you can rip a chunk of that. |
