Sounds like they have changed the course from last year. I quite enjoyed it then except for the rain that soaked half the course. Had to do two laps last year as there was a full marathon then. That is what put me off doing it this year. Duesseldorf was nice though. Am leaving it in about a hour to go to Arnhem

Recommendations (in order of race progression):
Merten shortly after the start (third position, wore the Bremen gear)
Janina drafting Merten
Michi somewhere on the course
Sprint of the third pack (I'm at the far far end...)
Janina and Merten chatting after the race (tricky to spot especially for guys Laughing )

@Rick: The course might be easier in the wet because you don't go that fast then. And you are used to suiciding London streets, that could have helped as well Wink
