| Harry, I heard you broke your wrist or one of the bones in your hand when you fell over yesterday while racing, is that true? if so, get well soon mate, we need you for the British Champs and for the Euros. |

I can suggest getting a powerball to aid with the physio when the cast finally comes off - it helped me a lot. |
