Harry, I heard you broke your wrist or one of the bones in your hand when you fell over yesterday while racing, is that true? if so, get well soon mate, we need you for the British Champs and for the Euros.

Dan Ibottson certainly paid a visit to A&E. Not badly injured enough to prevent him posting that on facebook though.

I can suggest getting a powerball to aid with the physio when the cast finally comes off - it helped me a lot.
