HI there,
Has anyone seen the Hovis London Freewheel event on the 23rd September? I wonder if they will allow rollerbladers? It says specifically bicycles in the Terms and Conditions though .... I might fire off an email to the organisers to check.
Is anyone thinking of going along?

Yes they will allow skaters. Someone asked and posted on this thread:

It's not a speed skating event though so it wasn't posted in here but feel free to say if you are planning on going. I will be busy ruining my preparations for Berlin by partying rather hard in Barcelona that weekend. |

| Apparently skaters are allowed, Peter (not C) emailed and asked. I still can't decide whether to take my skates or my 'bent. |

The last loop we did what just befor 4pm with all the sound bikes and it was starting to clear out. Well untill people saw the sound bikes and the it got a bit crowded 
I skated in from the Clapham hub and that we very good fun. Over took all the bikes |

Which did you take?
I pootled around with Paula, so not much speed apart from through the tunnel. A bit gutted I missed the music bikes and all that 
I saw Hans (or at least his grin), heading in the other direction along embankment, and another LSST chap who's name I cant' remember. |
