I was first there, and I was about 10 to 15mins late, so the later latenesses weren't any inconvenience for anyone.
( Though thanks go to Fred for confirming that Hans was on his way )
Mainly focusing on getting/keeping low, some different cross-over breakdown drills, a different focus on entering the bends ( ready for a sneaky crossover to undertake on the way in to the bend... ).
Endless crossover practice and pursuit on a 3mish(?) radius circle.
My legs were feeling a "bit" dead from weeknight exercise and LFNS... in fact, I can still feel it now... over did it a bit and could feel my knees twinging, so have taken it easy for the following x days. |
