Visited the hospital yesterday, and the bone seems to be healing Ok, just some small bit of bone to heal. Got some physio to do, to restore the shoulder movement.
I will be there, maybe skate a bit.
Physio advise I should not be skating, until fully heal, to avoid further injury. They always say that
So if I skate, I will take it easy. |

Whilst it would be great to see you, I would really think carefully about this.
I'll PM you the set plan and you can see what you think. There's nothing too intense, so you could always sit some out that might be questionable. |
