At the beach, at 19.30, this Thursday. Must admit the weather doesn't look too promising yet again, but it's still early days.

Sorry Mikee, I'm back on the running tip this evening.... I'm trying to get round to having thursday running free so i can skate, but its not falling that way... Marathon training is so bloody time consuming, i'll be back.. soon  |

| well.. Did speed work training on Tues and am still suffering so need to rest the leggies from running and skating fills the gap quite nicely |
