Morning all! This is the last LSS of this autumn/winter period, as I have to start working evenings again.
We may start a little late tonight due to the video review, I'm not sure how quickly I'll get through all the filming. |

Gutted to be missing it - I will console myself by stuffing my face with food as I celebrate my sister's birthday...just like any other evening
Enjoy - it should be a nice evening for it! |

Cheers for that Mike, and cheers to Johnny for the Powerade!
I can't believe my cramp was so bad and so sudden - I had to hobble back home and have some double strength electrolyte. What a freak occurrence of my own biochemistry. |

Thank you for the video session Mike.
George & I managed 6 laps in 62 minutes which is quite good going in the windy darkness. Quite happy with that. |

Mike - thanks for the review! Very nice of you to do that on a regular basis - I just love being able to watch myself on video lol
EdP - sorry to see you with that cramp - you looked in pain!
Richard - that was good skating!!
I am not sure how good it is to skate in the dark without lights - not very reponsible - and I am amazed we didnt crash with all those twigs! |

I did and my buttock is still sore as I sit here typing!
However, it was still worth it, thank you very much Mike. |
