A huge thanks you to those that came, whether you helped out, raced, supported and / or spectated. It's great to see the support everyone gives to make the event go as smooth as possible.
Thank you also to Adrian and the other FISS officials, Simon R for First Aid, and a special thanks to Gill, Fred and Sol who did a tremendous amount for the event, especially Gill who made an exceptional announcer (next time we'll get a wire-free microphone so you can race as well)!
Quite a few podium places for the club (Peter C, Gav, Dave, Fred, Harry, Mariyo and myself) and well done to everyone who took part.
There's the British Champs next month, which will be held at Tatem. Hope to see you all (and more) there!
P.S. Mariyo - you go like the clappers! I was super-impressed with your speed - you just need to pace yourself a bit for the longer distances  |

Well done to all! Glad the event was a huge succcess again.
I might come over for the Brit Champs, to spectate obviously.
Back too bad to even think about skating atm. |
