| Weather permitting (and it does not really look like it will permit!) is there any training session / slow skating this long weekend? |

| There's a long slow skate at 15.00 at the beach tomorrow, weather permitting of course. |

| If Sol's skate is off tonight, a few of us are going to The Gym (Covent Garden, 020 7836 4835) for a half-spinning, half-cycling class (6-7pm). They accept non-members and the class costs £6.50 (no idea why classes in the UK are so expensive!!!) |

My skate is on! I've just switched to ice instead. We are now going to Queensway ice rink for 8. Everyone welcome |

| I think I will do another long slow skate, or a variant thereof, at 13.30 tomorrow Sunday 1/1/6. Meet at the beach, weather permitting. |

| On verra, tomorrow morning, depending on 'le hangover'. today's LSS was great, however, but challenging, hard for me to do a heel carve and parallel turn in speedskates. T'was a challenging session, as freqently. Thanks Mike. |

Ooh, I'm tired now, lots of km on the bike and two long slow skates. Had a little kip on the couch after I got home. |

Hey Mike - you went out?
I wimped out
I looked outside and it was damp and dreary so I stayed in. I tried to phone you but just got weird noises when I dialled your mobile.
Weather forecast is looking good for tomorrow - so if it's right I'll head into town early, skate Serpentine Road a few times then off on the Circle Line Skate @ 2 |

I think my phone crashed, I got Amy's message too late as well. Sorry guys!
TBH I so nearly wimped out myself, but I'm glad I went in the end. I just had a few sprinkles on the way in and then it was mostly dry (though with a half/half wet and dry road). |
