Hi All, I’d like to join you guys on a training session. It’ll be nice to put some faces to avatars and make a real effort to train for the Goodwood and Berlin marathons.
Does anyone mind if I join a training session that’ll get listed for next week?
Hope it’ll be a gentle start, without any killer drills! And the of course the weather will be better than this week.  |

Hey Lightning,
Feel free to just turn up; Tuesday's at Tatem are the most structured - I can't promise it to be an easy session - but it's probably the session you will learn the most from if you do it consistently.
