Sounds about right. How fast are you feeling? I'm feeling very slow.

Not feeling fast but keeping up with the fast guys in training anyway.
If the weather is gonna be like in Berlin I'll probably do well.  Wink

The plan for my car is a pick up from outside the Vic at 10am on Saturday. Nina and Alan are aware. Please plan to be a little early as there is no free parking on a Saturday morning. I'll try and get there for about bang on 10 then we can load and go. For space in the boot please keep your helmets loose and we will put them on the rear shelf. Two small bags are better than one big one but it's only one night so I doubt we will need to bring that much. Bring it on!

They (MPC Streetfight) have been in my frames since forever, together with a set of ceramic bearings. Any outdoor race in any kind of weather, they always do a great job.  Very Happy

Near the start, on the square. Think you can pick them up on Sat but don't know until what time. Might it say something useful here? http://start1g.ovh.net/~quoyfzev/spip.php?article42

Thanks. The application form says Sunday in the marathon village, so we'll get there early. What time is everyone getting there or setting out from the Etap? We're in the Holiday Inn which I think is a bit closer to the start, yay!

Nats, you don't need to be that early. This is an altogether more laid affair than German races. And one piece of advice, go to the loo before you leave the hotel, the facilities are non existent Rolling Eyes

On a more serious note; is everyone sure it's going to rain? I thought we might just get away with it.

Not too sure my friend, I've had a look at the Met offices pressure charts, but as it's more than 24hr hours out I don't trust them 100%

I'm taking rain bearings, (which I've prepared because it's doubtful) but not rain wheels, because I don't have any.

Not even packed my 110 set up though.

If it is wet, going into the hairpin is going to be fun fun fun.
