Nice one! I'm well impressed, glad you guys had such a nice day.
Clipless moments on the bike, Tanya? Sympathy, either you've had them, or you're going to have them. Remember my one at the beach when videoing back in the winter? LMAO at my sense of not being able to do anything about it! |

| Apologies, by the way, for being so ratty on the last uphill - it was probably low blood sugar. I knew I hadn't taken any carbs since lunchtime, but I didn't realise we'd been skating three hours since lunchtime ... |

I have a blue waterproof and bicycle pump I found in the trailer. I was told who it belonged to but I've forgotten. Can bring it along to LFNS if you like.
Natasha, I also have your "GO" powder still.
Still talking about Saturday!
Goodwood this weekend! |

Simon, the waterproof and pump are mine (they were left in the capable hands of Tanya )
I am in Jamaica for the next couple of weeks so could I ask you either hold on to them or maybe pass to, errr, Tanya
Thanks |

No problem mate, have a good break and I'll bring them in either when you get back or if Tanya wants to take them from me. |

The support vehicle team must have missed all that.
You were all smiling whenever we saw you.....ahhhhh...maybe because we had all the food and water, LOL! That's why you were always so pleased to see us! |

Just been watching speed skating video on youtube and loved the aphorism:” If everything is under control than you going TO SLOW”
Of course I am not talking about street skating. |

We went to the Cuckoo trail yesterday me to skate it, my family to cycle it. Oh how I wished I'd taken my bike.
The surface was horrid, gravely, skiddy. muddy. Got attacked by a Red Setter trying to bite my ankles until I growled very loudly at it and it then ran off! "Oh I'm so sorry." The owner said. "He's usually so friendly." Grrrrrrrr! KEEP IT ON A LEASH!
How you guys managed such a great average speed on it was amazing, especially so near the end of the skate when you were all so tired!
We also went to 'the pub' for lunch and had a magnificent meal, just as good as the Eastbourne day! |

I think you needed to skate 50 miles up and down the hills before going on trail I guess it helped us to realise how nice to skate in straight line (a bit downhill) without traffic. We had many dogs on our way but they where scared
For me, personally, it was best part of London-Eastbourne. Wouldn’t enjoy London-Eastbourne that much without it!
Best trip for me so far this year! Loved it! Thanks once more to everybody! |

| I have to say I was also impressed how fast we went on the first part of the coocko trail but it felt so goood to be on a slight straight downhill! |

Agreed, going north was hard work with all the gravel. |
