| I 've done some stretching. Unfortunately it was mostly the walls of my stomach but I did do some warming up before hand. |

Me, I'm sadly sober but having lot's of fun with grandaughter Emily - as for training she and I had a vigorous workout in the park although not many training plans have spinning round on a roundabout as part of the workout  |

No skating here in Germany, it is too wet outside It will snow tomorrow. Anyway: Merten and I need to paint my flat, that's workout too!
But look what Santa brought me for Christmas, I always supposed he loves skaters...
Now guess: what is this ?
